These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of My BookWorm (the "Service"), operated by Enzokhule Enterprises ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
My BookWorm is a personal reading companion that lets you track books, take notes, manage a wishlist, read PDFs, and join book clubs. Access is provided on a monthly subscription basis.
You must not use the Service for any unlawful or harmful activity, including:
We retain all rights to the Service, including its software, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of the content you create or upload, and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service to you.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are described in Paddle's Buyer Terms.
The Service is offered as a monthly subscription with a 7-day free trial. Pricing is shown in your local currency at checkout. After the trial you will be charged automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Account & Billing page in the app.
We work hard to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be fixed within a particular timeframe.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may terminate your subscription at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties. Our aggregate liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, except where excluded by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
